Wicked Wheats: Schneider Weisse

Schneider Weisse Original, also called Tap 7, from Germany

Big soapy, fluffy head on this German Weissbier.

A beautiful golden glow and refreshing wheat, grass aroma welcomes you. Smells quite lively and inviting.

A deeper sniff brings out some bananas and sour bitterness, but taste is all refreshment.

It’s a wet Weissbier that leaves your mouth dripping, wanting more. Some banana and classic Weiss flavours of spice create a complex taste as they mingle together for a long lasting and savoury finish.

Overall a bit on the sweet end and the bitterness from the aroma does not come through on taste. High marks for taste and refreshment.

Nicely done…
