Schneider Weisse Tap X Mein Nelson Sauvin from Weissbierbrauerei G. Schneider & Sohn in Germany
A strong wheat bock beer, this orangey looking beer pops open with a flowery bouquet…great smell, very crisp and fresh.
It’s big on ripe and sweet fruits, smelling like banana and papaya with a spiced edge.
While the head doesn’t last on this it maintains a complex and enjoyable flavour profile.
Very malty, it is sweet up front and dries out towards the end. Some hops are in there, giving it a nice finish but not necessarily bitter.
Good mix of spices and fruits for your tastebuds create a unique flavour profile, extremely enjoyable brew.
